A bilingual Real Estate Property Manager with more than 18 years of experience in Property Management and Construction. Ankloi Management was created with a focus on delivering a more hands-on and intentional level of service.
Lorenys began her career in construction, advancing from superintendent and project engineer to a 558 construction defect resolution inspector. That technical foundation informs our approach to property operations, maintenance, and risk mitigation.
After relocating to Colorado Springs, she expanded her services to include residential property management, corporate housing, and short-term rentals. Always guided by practical construction knowledge and client-centered service. Her commitment to professionalism, communication, and client success has earned her a reputation as a trusted professional known for reliability, experience, and a hands-on approach to property management.
Lorenys has served as President and Designation Chair for the NARPM Colorado Springs chapter, Chair/President of the PPAR Young Professional Network, , and is a graduate of the Colorado Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy.
