Procedural disclosures
Remote walk-throughs
For safety reasons, joint walk-throughs are conducted remotely via Zoom only (not in person).
Scheduling
After all parties agree on a date and time, we will send you a Zoom link so you can walk us through the property.
Timing and condition of the property
Joint walk-throughs are conducted only after all tenant furniture has been removed and before the end of the lease period.
Who may participate
Joint walk-throughs are conducted only with the legal leaseholder (or their authorized representative, if we have approved that in writing).
Appointment length
Walk-through appointments are limited to a 30-minute window.
Deposit and charges
Nothing discussed during a joint walk-through is a final decision on what will or will not be charged against the security deposit. Final determinations are made only after our full independent review of all documentation, the lease, move-in/move-out records, and applicable law.
